Our goal is to offer a fun and creative work environment for our team as well as consistency and quality for our guests. Late arrivals create stress and risk a compromised experience for service providers and guests alike. To ensure promptness and quality for all reservations, we may elect to reschedule reservations running 15 minutes late or later to another convenient time. For reservations that are designed to be quick appointments (eg. brow wax, 30 minute haircut), it is up to the stylist’s discretion whether a late arrival of five minutes or more may be serviced or needs to be rescheduled.  Parking and traffic can be an issue downtown so please plan accordingly.

In an effort to respect the time of our valued guests and service providers, all no-show reservations must be paid in full before additional appointments may be reserved or honored.

We understand that sometimes extraordinary circumstances are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule. We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you cancel your appointment. If 24 hours notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of your service fee. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

Salon Nefisa welcomes all well-behaved children at our normal rates. When accompanied by a child, be mindful that most drawers at the salon contain sharp objects and chemicals potentially dangerous to unattended children. Running, spinning and climbing on chairs may result in injury and is strongly discouraged. Your vigilance is appreciated.

Hair color formulas are considered intellectual property of Salon Nefisa and are available for purchase at $100.00. Printed on salon letterhead, your investment will include your color formulations, detailed service history, retail purchases and personalized tips concerning your hair for your future stylist to consider.

We will gladly apply the full value of gently used Redken and/or Pureology products purchased at Salon Nefisa toward another product of your choice. However, all make-up sales are final.

Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Personal Check (with proper ID) and Cash.

Unless defective, all sales on brushes and hair accessories such as hair-bands, barrettes, clips etc. are final. No exchanges or returns.

We love to create new looks! The consultation process is so very important because it allows you to really talk it out. What is very important to remember is the time , product and expertise that are essential for particular desired outcomes. Your stylist will review with you and suggest a variety of options to suit your beauty budget. Consultations are complimentary. Have you been using box color and realize that professional help is needed? Wanting to go from dark to light? Red to blonde? Blonde to red? Whatever the case, please understand that the process for this is sometimes long and tenuous, and requires more than just the average color process. Our pricing will vary accordingly.
